Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to support the sales and business development of Protective and Marine Coatings.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing technical support across the assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of protective and marine coatings across the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.
Provide basic technical support and coordinate with internal teams for trials and resolution of client issues.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to guide sales strategy.
Ensure sales transactions follow company pricing and policy guidelines.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
Meet assigned sales targets and support dealer/distributor growth in the assigned areas.
Requirements
B.Sc / B.Tech Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (AMPP Level 1/2 is a plus).
2 - 4 years of experience in selling industrial paints, coatings, or chemicals.
Good knowledge of various liquid coatings, their specifications, and applications.
Experience in B2B marketing and providing basic technical service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
