Responsibilities




  • Warm, professional, and solution-driven attitude in all client'sinteractions.

  • Actively listens to client needs and ensures their expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Quick to respond to inquiries, complaints, or feedback with tact and efficiency.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.

  • Capable of drafting proposals, event briefs, service reports, and formal correspondence.

  • Skilled in active listening and persuasive speaking to convert inquiries into long-term clients.

  • Proven ability to organize and coordinate internal and external events (e.g., tastings, product launches, pop-ups, trade fairs, weddings, or corporate functions).

  • Manages event logistics, branding, team coordination, client liaison, and vendor sourcing.

  • Maintains event timelines, budgets, and feedback collection.

  • Maintains a CRM database to track inquiries, follow-ups, repeat business, and client preferences.

  • Builds and nurtures long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins and personalized communication.

  • Manages multiple client requests and event projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.

  • Prioritizes tasks effectively and ensures timely follow-ups.

  • Keeps accurate records of customer engagements, event outcomes, and deliverables.

  • Works closely with kitchen staff, logistics, marketing, and management to ensure service excellence.

  • Coordinates with the production and operations teams to meet specific client and event needs.

  • Acts as the bridge between the client and internal departments.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
