Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning:

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons in subjects like Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies.


• Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.


• Encourage critical thinking and creativity in students.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain a disciplined yet friendly classroom atmosphere.


• Set clear expectations for behavior and academic performance.


• Implement effective strategies to support student engagement and participation.

Student Development:

• Monitor students' progress and provide individualized support.


• Identify areas of improvement and address learning gaps.


• Foster social and emotional growth through activities that promote teamwork and respect.

Other Duties:

• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and student reports.


• Keep accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.


• Organize classroom resources and ensure a safe learning environment.


• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions.

Requirements
