Job Summary




  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team in Wuse 2, Abuja.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards while creating a positive shopping experience for all customers.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service:




  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs

  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers

  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities



Store Operations:




  • Maintain neat and organized product displays and store appearance

  • Conduct regular stock checks and report inventory needs to management

  • Ensure proper pricing and promotional materials are displayed

  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise

  • Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

  • Support store opening and closing procedures as required



Administrative Tasks:




  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information

  • Prepare daily sales reports as directed by management

  • Participate in stock-taking and inventory management activities

  • Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions securely



Required Qualifications




  • Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
