Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations/Admin Officer to support daily business functions across our real estate and construction operations.
- The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, coordinate site logistics, and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s projects and services.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support:
- Coordinate logistics for construction sites including material supply, equipment rentals, and staff deployment.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational performance with input from project teams.
- Support procurement processes including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order preparation.
- Track and report on operational KPIs and project milestones.
Administrative Management:
- Manage office supplies, records, and documentation including contracts, regulatory files, and permits.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office systems, IT resources, and general utilities.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and maintain internal filing systems.
- Support HR functions including staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Liaison & Compliance:
- Act as point of contact between the company and vendors, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
- Assist with obtaining licenses, project approvals, and other statutory requirements.
Team & Communication:
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, site visits, and team communications.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, site engineers, and executives.
- Assist with documentation and submission for proposals, bids, and client correspondence.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- B.Sc in Business Administration, Management, Estate Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
