About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts for Bag Neck Sealing (BNS) Self-Adhesive Tape specifically targeted at bakeries across Nigeria.
- This role is ideal for candidates with solid experience in selling bread nylons or packaging solutions to large-scale bakeries and bakery dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive nationwide sales of Self-Adhesive BNS Tape to bakery clients and dealers.
- Identify, onboard, and manage a network of dealers across Nigeria.
- Conduct product trials and prepare detailed reports for major bakeries.
- Develop accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts and budgets by product line.
- Submit daily call reports to maintain sales transparency and tracking.
- Ensure timely payment collection with support from the customer service team.
- Coordinate with customer service to prepare and approve order forms.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in selling bakery packaging materials (e.g., bread nylons).
- Experience working with distributors and large bakery clients is highly desirable.
- Age range: 25 – 35 years.
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the bakery supply chain or packaging sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
