About the Role




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts for Bag Neck Sealing (BNS) Self-Adhesive Tape specifically targeted at bakeries across Nigeria.

  • This role is ideal for candidates with solid experience in selling bread nylons or packaging solutions to large-scale bakeries and bakery dealers.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive nationwide sales of Self-Adhesive BNS Tape to bakery clients and dealers.

  • Identify, onboard, and manage a network of dealers across Nigeria.

  • Conduct product trials and prepare detailed reports for major bakeries.

  • Develop accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts and budgets by product line.

  • Submit daily call reports to maintain sales transparency and tracking.

  • Ensure timely payment collection with support from the customer service team.

  • Coordinate with customer service to prepare and approve order forms.



Preferred Candidate Profile




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in selling bakery packaging materials (e.g., bread nylons).

  • Experience working with distributors and large bakery clients is highly desirable.

  • Age range: 25 – 35 years.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the bakery supply chain or packaging sector.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
