We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales of our Paper Core and related products.
This role involves managing B2B sales, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting strategic revenue goals in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of paper cores, roller coverings, DS tapes, and other related industrial materials.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the film, foil, and paper industries.
Conduct product trials at customer sites and provide detailed reports (MOMs) after each engagement.
Prepare and maintain monthly and yearly product-wise forecasts and sales budgets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
Track supply chain status and ensure timely delivery of materials to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform business decisions.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree or related field (required).
Minimum of 5 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably in the core, carton, or film manufacturing sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities.
Experience in the paper mill industry is an advantage
