Position Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales of our Paper Core and related products.

  • This role involves managing B2B sales, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting strategic revenue goals in the industrial manufacturing sector.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive sales of paper cores, roller coverings, DS tapes, and other related industrial materials.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the film, foil, and paper industries.

  • Conduct product trials at customer sites and provide detailed reports (MOMs) after each engagement.

  • Prepare and maintain monthly and yearly product-wise forecasts and sales budgets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.

  • Track supply chain status and ensure timely delivery of materials to clients.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform business decisions.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree or related field (required).

  • Minimum of 5 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably in the core, carton, or film manufacturing sector.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities.

  • Experience in the paper mill industry is an advantage

  • Age range: 30 – 40 years.
