We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our OEM sales initiatives, focusing on self-adhesive tapes, particularly packaging solutions.
This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Customer Engagement: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and market share.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential and existing customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and sales forecasts.
Payment Collection: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely collection of payments.
Order Processing: Coordinate with customer service to prepare and approve order forms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the adhesive tape or packaging industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving abilities, professionalism in handling challenging situations, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
