Position Summary
- A quality adhesive tape manufacturing plant located along the Lagos–Sagamu Expressway, near the Sagamu Interchange in Ogun State, is hiring a Head, Admin, Security & Facility.
- The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of facility management, security, and administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance across office and residential sites.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Office Management:
- Manage office and residential facilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office
- Supervise cleaning and support staff
Fleet & Provision Coordination:
- Handle fleet operations and driver management
- Coordinate canteen services and office supplies.
Security Oversight:
- Enforce company rules and regulations
- Ensure the protection of life and property
- Monitor and control access for staff, clients, and visitors
- Liaise with law enforcement and other security agencies
- Manage and coordinate activities of external guards.
Policy & Compliance:
- Develop and implement effective security protocols
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / Master’s Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
- 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in a product-based multinational company
- Background in law enforcement (Police, Military, Paramilitary) or a reputable security company is an added advantage
- Membership in a recognized professional body
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
