We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development & Partnerships Associate to support the Chief Business Officer in driving strategic growth initiatives and expanding the company's partnership ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Assist in identifying, evaluating, and cultivating strategic partnership opportunities.
Support the development and execution of business development strategies.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials for partnership meetings.
Manage and track partnership pipelines, agreements, and performance metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations on potential growth opportunities.
Assist in contract review and partnership due diligence processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude.
Experience in sustainability, clean energy, or impact-driven sectors.
Familiarity with contract review and partnership management tools.
