We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with our key clients in Nigeria. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and expanding strategic partnerships, essential for the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and explore new business opportunities.
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through direct sales channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure service excellence and goal alignment.
Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic insights and feedback to senior management.
Prepare detailed business plans for both current and prospective clients.
Manage and track key account pipelines, agreements, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, or partnerships.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Strong strategic thinking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
