Job Summary

• We are hiring on behalf of our client in the paint industry for the role of Decorative Paint Applicator in Lagos.


• The ideal candidate will support product sampling, train painters and contractors, and provide technical assistance on-site to address application-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site product sampling and application demonstrations.


• Train painters and contractors on the correct use and application techniques for various decorative paint products.


• Offer technical support and solutions for on-site product complaints.


• Assist the sales team by providing technical insight and support during client engagements.


• Monitor field application results and provide feedback to the technical and sales teams.


• Keep records of training and support visits across assigned locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field.


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in decorative paint application or technical support roles.


• Excellent understanding of paint products, surfaces, and tools.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in training delivery.
