Job Summary




  • We are hiring for our client, a detail-oriented and organized Store Officer to manage inventory, track stock levels, and ensure efficient store operations.

  • The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Odoo software and a few years of experience in a similar role.



Key Responsibilities




  • Maintain accurate records of stock movement using Odoo software.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods.

  • Issue materials as per requisitions while ensuring proper documentation.

  • Conduct periodic stock audits to reconcile discrepancies.

  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods to maintain order and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with procurement and other departments for effective inventory control.

  • Generate reports on stock levels, usage trends, and discrepancies.

  • Adhere to safety and quality standards within the store.



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2-4 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in using Odoo software for inventory management.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

  • Ability to work independently and manage store operations efficiently.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be available for a physical Interview.
