We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Field Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling beverages with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage distributor relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver monthly sales targets for the territory
Ensure consistent availability of our products at the distributor outlets
Identify, create and execute opportunities with distributors to increase both sell in and sellout
Effectively manage the resources allocated for sales operations within the assigned territory
Supervise, coach and train the sales Team to enhance their ability t sell and merchandise our products effectively
Foster team collaboration to achieve territory objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: HND (Higher National Diploma) or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role preferably within the FMCG(Beverage) industry.
Strong territory management skills, including customer/outlet mapping, call/route planning, volume planning, and market analysis
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ability to use smartphones and familiarity with sales applications.
