Overview




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Field Sales Manager to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling beverages with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage distributor relationships effectively.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan and deliver monthly sales targets for the territory

  • Ensure consistent availability of our products at the distributor outlets

  • Identify, create and execute opportunities with distributors to increase both sell in and sellout

  • Effectively manage the resources allocated for sales operations within the assigned territory

  • Supervise, coach and train the sales Team to enhance their ability t sell and merchandise our products effectively

  • Foster team collaboration to achieve territory objectives.



Requirements




  • Minimum Qualification: HND (Higher National Diploma) or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role preferably within the FMCG(Beverage) industry.

  • Strong territory management skills, including customer/outlet mapping, call/route planning, volume planning, and market analysis

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Ability to use smartphones and familiarity with sales applications.
