Job Summary




  • The Regional Sales Manager role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients to enhance market positioning.

Job Details



Sales & Business Development 




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and leasing performance. Identify and secure new business opportunities in the residential and commercial real estate market. 

  • Work closely with brokers, agents, and corporate clients to enhance deal flow and market positioning. 



Client Relationship Management 




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience. 

  • Oversee customer retention initiatives, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. 

  • Provide market insights and advisory services to clients to help them make informed real estate decisions. 



Operational Excellence & Strategy 




  • Ensure effective use of CRM and ERP tools to manage sales pipelines and reporting. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. 

  • Streamline the sales process to improve efficiency and reduce deal closure times. 



Team Leadership & Collaboration 




  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, legal, and facilities to support sales objectives. 

  • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team performance.



Requirements



Education: 




  • B.Sc in Social Sciences. 



Experience & Desirable Qualities




  • 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or business development.

  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and close high-value deals.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.

  • A deep understanding of the real estate market
