Job Description
A client in the home fragrance brand offering diffuser sets, refills, odor removal sprays, and body sprays is seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead B2B sales and business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding distribution through new partnerships, distributorships and enhancing customer engagement in the home fragrance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies
- Drive foot traffic through activations, events, and promotions
- Build and manage relationships with customers and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms
- Organize in-store and promotional events
- Expand partnerships with retail and lifestyle stakeholders
- Train and collaborate with internal teams
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
- BSC/HND in marketing, business administration and related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (Retail/FMCG)
- Knowledge of home fragrance or personal care is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
