Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store.


• Deal with staffing issues as regards store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees


• organizing training and development


• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.


• Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and monitoring inventory and stock level.


• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Salary - 100,000 net salary
