Job Summary




  • We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager for one of our clients in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will act as Sales Manager and also report to the regional Sales Manager.

  • Should be ready to make intensive trips inside the country, Lagos, Abuja, etc, Marketing and promoting all the company's products throughout the territory of Nigeria.

  • Use his/her commercially reasonable efforts to achieve an adequate and growing sales volume and market share; to grow and build a nationwide network and distribution presence as necessary and coordinate and Supervise and ensure the deliveries to clients from the warehouses.



Objectives of this role




  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them

  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts

  • Develop skills continuously for training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives

  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships



Responsibilities




  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach

  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs

  • Set objectives, train and coach sales marketers, and monitor their performance

  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them

  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress

  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes



Required Skills and Qualifications




  • Minimum B.Sc. in Marketing/Sales or related field

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the field ( Cosmetics and Or Pharma)

  • Should be presentable and fluent in English

  • Hospitality background is a plus
