Job Summary




  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Marketing and Sales Advisor to drive property sales through innovative marketing strategies and effective client relationship management.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales targets by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and promoting our real estate offerings both online and offline.



Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution:




  • Identify, engage, and follow up with potential buyers or tenants.

  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospects.

  • Close deals and ensure post-sales client support and documentation.



Marketing Strategy Implementation:




  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote properties and drive lead generation.

  • Prepare marketing materials, brochures, social media content, and advertisements for listings.



Lead Management:




  • Maintain and update a database of leads, clients, and prospects.

  • Convert inquiries into qualified leads and track the sales funnel using CRM tools.



Market Intelligence:




  • Conduct regular market research to understand trends, pricing, competitors, and client preferences.

  • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team to fine-tune strategies.



Event Participation:




  • Represent the company at property expos, networking events, and open houses.

  • Coordinate and assist with property launches and promotional events.



Brand Representation:




  • Uphold the company’s image through professional conduct and presentation.

  • Build lasting relationships with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • 1–2years of proven experience in real estate sales or marketing.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Digital marketing knowledge and social media experience are a plus.



Preferred Skills:




  • Knowledge of local property laws and transaction processes

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

  • Experience using listing platforms (e.g., PropertyPro, PrivateProperty, Zillow)

  • Graphic design or content creation experience is a bonus.
