Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for TVs and SDA products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
Customer Engagement:
- Provide expert advice on TV specs (4K, OLED, Smart TVs) and appliance functionality.
- Handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat buyers and businesses.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., QLED vs. OLED, smart home integration).
- Train on new product launches and promotions.
Channel Management:
- Have a strong relationship with Wholesalers and retailer, and is familiar with the market structure in Nigeria
Reporting & Feedback:
- Track sales data, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Report inventory needs and market gaps to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:1-3 years inconsumer electronics sales(TVs, appliances, or related fields).
- Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with TV technologies (HDR, refresh rates) and SDA brands
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Persuasive, energetic, and customer-focused.
