Job Description

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Healthcare Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to healthcare students or staff.


• The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching healthcare topics and a strong grasp of training methodologies.


• You will play a key role in developing and equipping learners with the practical and theoretical knowledge needed in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured healthcare training sessions.


• Create lesson plans and training materials.


• Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback.


• Stay updated with healthcare practices and guidelines.


• Maintain records of training sessions and participants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an OND in a healthcare-related field


• At least 2 years’ experience teaching healthcare


• Knowledge of medical terminology and practices


• Familiarity with adult learning techniques.
