Job Summary




  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.



Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:




  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.



Sales Presentations:




  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services.



Closing Sales:




  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver sales contracts, ensuring all details are accurate.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.



Market Research:




  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Provide feedback to the management team on market needs and customer preferences.



Reporting:




  • Track and report sales activities and results.

  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress toward goals.



Collaboration:




  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.



Qualifications




  • Minimum of OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales.

  • Sales Experience Preferred: Telecom and Real Estate industry.



Skills:




  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
