Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services.
Closing Sales:
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales contracts, ensuring all details are accurate.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market needs and customer preferences.
Reporting:
- Track and report sales activities and results.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress toward goals.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales.
- Sales Experience Preferred: Telecom and Real Estate industry.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
