Key Responsibilities




  • Handle and coordinate active calendars, schedules, and meetings.

  • Distribute memos and reports, ensuring timely communication of relevant company updates.

  • Monitor office supplies, inventory and liaise with vendors to maintain adequate stock levels.

  • Prepare and follow up on internal departmental requisitions for approval.

  • Maintain organized filing systems in line with office protocols.

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of pool cars and supervise drivers to ensure efficient transportation services.

  • Supervise office cleaners to ensure that the office and its premises remain clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support and give assistance to other departments as needed.



Requirements




  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field is preferred.

  • Strong reporting skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient with administrative software and office tools.

  • Smart, proactive, and young professional eager to grow and develop.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with various departments.
