Job Details
- Technical Support and System Administration:
- Provide expert support for IT systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, install/configure
- Software, resolve hardware/software issues.
- IT Project Participation and Automation:
- Support IT projects and automation initiatives.
- Develop in-house digital solutions using tools like Power Automate and PowerApps.
- Process Improvement and Knowledge Management:
- Identify recurring issues and implement preventative solutions.
- Maintain documentation and a shared knowledge base on
- Technology Innovation and Security Awareness:
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and AI trends, explore their application for business improvement, and promote cybersecurity best practices within the organization.
Requirements
Educational Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, HND or post graduate certificate degree in IT, engineering, business, or related field.
Professional Requirements
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft AI fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) or CompTIA Security+
Experience Requirements
- Experience in supporting cloud-based environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and SaaS applications.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proven experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) is highly desirable.
