  • The Personal Assistant (PA) provides administrative support to the Hospital Administrator, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and facilitating effective communication.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the Hospital Administrator's schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
