Job Summary




  • We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Lagosand drive business growth in the region. If you have 7+ years of experience in sales, a proven track record in developing and managing sales teams, and a passion for driving results, we want to hear from you



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead regional sales strategy & business performance.

  • Manage and grow dealer networks and direct sales teams.

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies.

  • Ensure efficient sales operations and performance management.

  • Drive direct sales to SMEs, handle retail shop management, and execute BTL activities.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Handle a territory with 30-50 Base stations, 40-50 Dealers and Key retail outlets

  • Recruit dealers/distributors and ensure collections from retail outlets.



Qualifications




  • HND / BSc / BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in sales (telecoms, FMCG, banking, insurance, media, e-commerce).

  • Strong experience in sales strategy development, team leadership, and KPI performance.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
