Job Purpose




  • The Content Creators will update content for the organisation website and engage customers using the social media platform.

  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.

  • Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.

  • Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.

  • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.

  • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.

  • Monitoring social media and company website metrics.

  • Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.

  • Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.

  • Be able to create content, and use electronic gadgets.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.

  • Ability to create engaging and compelling content.

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

  • Experience with content management systems.

  • Develop content strategies, script for documentaries.

  • Create and publish engaging content for various platforms such as website, social media, blog, etc.

  • Develop content that encourages community interaction, such as Q&A sessions, polls, challenges, live streams and webinars.

  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and design to create content that aligns with the company’s goals and brand identity.

  • Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility and reach.

  • Analyze content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates to inform future content strategies.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or any related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the role.

  • Experience in Agribusiness or farming-related field will be highly recommended.

  • Strong I.T knowledge and experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Excellent Report Writing skills.

  • Ability to meet deadline.

  • High level of commitment, honesty and enthusiasm.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and research skills.

  • Ability to pay attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
