Job Summary




  • The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

  • This role covers brand management, market research, digital and traditional marketing, promotions, and campaign execution to support business growth and sales objectives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives and drive business growth.

  • Plan and oversee campaigns across multiple channels including digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM), print, radio, and events.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and monitor industry trends.

  • Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing and communication platforms.

  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, flyers, and multimedia content.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools to track performance and ROI.

  • Maintain relationships with media outlets, vendors, and agencies for advertising and promotional opportunities.

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and monitoring of marketing expenditures.

  • Lead and supervise the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
