Job Summary
- The Executive Assistant to the MD provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.
- This role involves managing the MD’s schedule, handling confidential information, preparing reports and communications, coordinating internal and external engagements, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.
- The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the MD and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations on behalf of the MD.
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up on key deliverables, decisions, and strategic initiatives from meetings and business engagements.
- Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions and briefings.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal matters at all times.
- Assist in project management, helping to monitor deadlines, budgets, and outcomes.
- Ensure efficient flow of information and communication across departments involving the MD’s office.
- Represent the MD professionally in his/her absence when required.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master of Law Degree with 5 - 10 years work experience.
