Job Summary




  • The Executive Assistant to the MD provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.

  • This role involves managing the MD’s schedule, handling confidential information, preparing reports and communications, coordinating internal and external engagements, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

  • The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the MD and various stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations on behalf of the MD.

  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and follow up on key deliverables, decisions, and strategic initiatives from meetings and business engagements.

  • Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.

  • Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions and briefings.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal matters at all times.

  • Assist in project management, helping to monitor deadlines, budgets, and outcomes.

  • Ensure efficient flow of information and communication across departments involving the MD’s office.

  • Represent the MD professionally in his/her absence when required.



Qualifications




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master of Law Degree with 5 - 10 years work experience.
