Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily computer operations, network systems, and server.


• Serve as the primary liaison between BlackPride YYC and Syxlabs


• Manage and oversee all IT operations for BlackPride YYC.


• Provide prompt resolution for all technical issues and support requests 


• Ensure proper operation of software applications, hardware, and other technology tools used by the organization.


• Ensure IT policies, security protocols, and procedures are followed.


• Assist in system upgrades, software installations, and configuration updates.


• Maintain accurate records of system activities, incidents, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 1-3 years of experience in IT operations or system support


• Experience with Windows/Linux server environments is a plus.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and methodical approach


• Effective communication and collaboration skills


• Self-starter, able to work independently without much supervisio
