A prestigious five-star hotel located in the exclusive Ikoyi district of Lagos is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead its operations and elevate the guest experience to world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, visible leadership to all hotel departments
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
- Drive high standards of guest service and operational excellence
- Implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and brand reputation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a culture of excellence
Qualifications & Experience:
- Expatriate professional (living in Nigeria or abroad)
- Minimum of 10 years' senior management experience in five-star hotels or luxury hospitality environments
- Proven track record in managing large teams and hotel operations
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Willingness to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria (if not already based there)
