Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with hardware, software, and network-related issues.


• Support system setup. user account management. and routine maintenance Of IT infrastructure.


• Contribute to IT projects, software updates, inventory documentation, and basic cybersecurity

Requirements

• A degree in Science, Information Technobgy, or a related field.


• 1 year (post NYSC) experience in an IT Support role.


• Basic knowledge of computer hardware. operating systems (Wlndows/Linux), and networking concepts.


• Good troubleshooting, cornmunication, and teamwork skills.


• Wlllingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
