  • We’re seeking a strategic, action-driven, and target-oriented Business Development Officer with a consulting background to join our growing team. This role requires someone who is highly motivated, passionate about sales, and confident in identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and closing deals. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and achieving set sales targets. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, builds strong client relationships, and converts opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:




  • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, business development, or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Sales/Marketing (or any related field) 

  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client accounts.

  • Strong network and relationship capital with HR professionals.

  • A visible, professional social media presence, especially on LinkedIn

  • Understanding of the management consulting industry and its services.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented; thrives on achieving and exceeding goals.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, Presentation and relationship-building/ client-relationship skills

  • Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities

  • Ability to thrive in a result and target-driven environment.



Responsibility:




  • Identify potential clients and generate leads, establish strong relationships within the industry

  • Maintain and update client database, 

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and drive sales

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders 

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve business targets

  • Identify and pursue leads, converting them into long-term customers
