We are looking for a talented AME IT SERVICE DEMAND AND BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP LEADER to join our team specializing in SYSTEMS/INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in DUBAI

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

• 
  

  Develop & maintains a “super-user” level of understanding of the existing SAP solution especially the supply chain business processes in Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Inventory and EWM areas, including the management of data and process flows.

  Ideates in design, development and implementation of best practice solutions and improvements to SCM and cross functional processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with business and IT teams to promote business transformation leading to digitization of supply chain and Distribution business as a whole.

  
  


• 
  

  Initiates new methods and procedures designed to maintain the integrity of all processing functions in conjunction with Sales, Service and SCM functional support.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop innovative and reliable insights through use of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive systematic techniques.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide excellent customer service to all Cummins DBS Supply Chain, Sales, Service and IT business partners

  
  

To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• 
  

  This is a hand-on position and requires min. of 8-10 years with SAP configuration expertise of various modules in S/4 HANA or ECC 6.0, especially in the Supply Chain area, like MM, PP, EWM and Sales & Distribution.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Finance will be an added benefit.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be conversant with trouble shooting of SAP design, configuration, workbench objects like programs and function modules, BAdi’s and user-exits, as it relates to solution gaps for end-user processes.

  
  


• 
  

  SAP Certification in at least one of the major relevant modules is required.
