Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant / Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily store operations, drive customer engagement, and help boost sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection in a professional manner.


• Provide style advice and detailed product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.


• Process transactions accurately using the POS system or manual records.


• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all merchandise is well-displayed.


• Manage stock levels: restock, label, and assist in inventory tracking.


• Engage with customers via WhatsApp or social media to answer questions or share updates.


• Work with the team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.


• Provide feedback from customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or OND; background in sales, marketing, or fashion is an advantage.


• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience (fashion or footwear preferred).


• Friendly, reliable, and confident communicator.


• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.


• Self-motivated and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.


• Interest in fashion and a good eye for presentation and trends.
