- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change through insight and partnership
- Experience designing and delivering impactful talent acquisition programs
- A bachelor’s degree and deep knowledge of labor market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
- 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, including trainee programs and people development
- A solution-oriented mindset, sound business acumen, and the ability to work cross-culturally with emotional intelligence.
- Results-driven and thrive for excellence
- Knowledge of hiring trends and market insight.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver recruitment for key positions, collaborating with TA partners to ensure quality and speed.
- Use external research and networks to stay ahead of talent trends across the region and Hellenic territories.
- Co-lead Assessment & Development Centers (A&DCs) for critical roles
- Apply ongoing talent scanning to proactively identify and engage talent pools.
- Partner with line managers and HRBPs to build and maintain a robust, future-focused talent pipeline.
- Leverage regional synergies to balance hiring peaks and optimize recruitment resources throughout the year.
- Expand sourcing channels to build wider, more diverse talent pools across the region.
- Continuously improve the hiring experience for both candidates and line managers within NBC.
- Act as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition across the region, leading TA Partners and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across their vertical.
