Mission




  • Lead and scale Pricepally’s international export business — delivering Nigerian food bundles to diaspora customers across the US, UK, Canada, and beyond. Build, manage, and grow the team, operations, and partnerships needed to drive demand and fulfill orders globally.



Responsibilities



Market Ownership




  • Own expansion strategy and GTM for diaspora markets (US, UK, Canada)

  • Conduct market research, diaspora user interviews, and pricing studies



Revenue & Growth




  • Set and achieve sales targets: first 500 customers, MRR goals, retention targets

  • Run performance campaigns with diaspora influencers and partners



Operations & Fulfillment




  • Set up and manage 3PLs, warehousing, customs, and last-mile logistics

  • Ensure compliance (FDA, NAFDAC, labeling, export docs)



Product & Platform




  • Work with tech team to optimize export UX (checkout, pricing, tracking)

  • Improve product assortment and bundle experience



Team Leadership




  • Hire and manage cross-functional support (ops, logistics, marketing)

  • Build a high-performance playbook for scaling export across regions



Requirements




  • 5+ years in cross-border commerce, FMCG, supply chain, or international trade

  • Proven experience launching products into diaspora markets

  • Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills

  • Familiarity with export regulations (NAFDAC, NEPC, FDA)

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
