Our client, a leading credit bureau company, is seeking a self-motivated and experienced professional to lead business development and relationship management efforts across Abuja and the Northern region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing existing customer relationships, and acquiring new business within the financial services, insurance, fintech, and IT (software) sectors.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of a university degree in a numerate or semi-numerate discipline
- 5–7 years post-qualification experience, preferably in the financial services sector
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and detail-orientation skills
- Must currently reside in Abuja
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with data providers and bureau subscribers
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Abuja and across Northern Nigeria
- Execute relationship management plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Introduce new service offerings and generate demand for CRC’s products and solutions
- Meet and exceed revenue targets across various offerings
- Recommend improvements in marketing strategy and customer engagement to the Head of Sales and Marketing
- Ensure service delivery in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
