Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for the presentation, promotion, and sales of the products/services to customers using solid arguments to ensure that the organisation’s revenue goals are met.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Proven networks for the sale of proof of funds
- Mobilization of funds from individuals and corporate entities towards ensuring that the Company’s liquidity requirements are met.
- Originate/process customers’ loan requests/ loan documentation
- Follow up with customers for loan repayments / remedial
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Develop customer leads through cold calls, referrals, social media, etc.
- Expedite the resolution of customer challenges and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Submit periodic reports to management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ HND in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting or other management-related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience from financial institution(s)
- Excellent funds mobilization skills
- Excellent loan processing and loan recovery skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
