Job Summary
- To lead the corporate/physical security function for an estate, including responsibility for its office and other development projects.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Advise management on security implications and requirements.
- Conduct a weekly parade for security officers.
- Implements measures to ensure adequate security of employees, tenants, and assets at the estate, office and development sites.
- Provides insights on the prevention of security matters (e.g. theft and fraud prevention, physical privacy).
- Oversee incident response planning as well as investigating security breaches.
- Ensures the dissemination of information concerning security policies and approved procedures on asset protection, theft prevention, violence prevention, access control systems, etc., on a regular basis.
- Allocates security officers to various posts, shifts and locations and determines the scope of work to be done as well as the timelines.
- Prepares reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage and other issues escalated by the security officers and presents them to the Management.
- Supervise, train periodically, and manage security personnel as well as HSE guidelines.
Education and Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an organization or a security agency.
