Job Summary

• To provide electrical services within the estate, including responsibility for its office, and other development projects as assigned by the facility manager.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.


• Inspect electrical systems, troubleshoot faults, and ensure proper functioning.


• Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards.


• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion.


• Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventive measures.


• Provide technical support and advice on electrical projects.


• Perform routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance.


• Assist with energy conservation initiatives.


• On-call availability may be required for emergencies.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum of Trade Test, NABTEB, OND, or equivalent certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.


• 3 - 5 years of working experience.


• Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.


• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting.


• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in electrical work.
