Task and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients or investors.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support business growth.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to the business development team
- Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve products, services, and business development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus with relevant certification in sales/marketing.
- At least 5 years of relevant and progressive experience.
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
- Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
