Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for company’s communication and marketing solutions.

  • Identify and onboard new enterprise clients in target sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, fintech, telecom, e-commerce).

  • Drive end-to-end sales processes—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client pain points.

  • Manage and nurture key customer relationships to ensure long-term value and upselling opportunities.

  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance using CRM tools.

  • Represent company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and sales tactics.

  • Work to close deals in a timely manner while meeting sales targets

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions



Requirements




  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or digital communication platforms.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT and marketing ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Existing relationships with decision-makers in banks, fintechs, or telcos is a strong advantage.
