Golden Tulip Hotels is looking for courteous, attentive, and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to deliver outstanding dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally, escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Take accurate food and beverage order and enter them into the system promptly.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, observing proper service, sequence and etiquette.
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and politely.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Set up and reset tables for each service period.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with billing and payment processes.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain proper personal grooming and adhere to uniform standards.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
- Participate in departmental meetings and required training sessions.
