Job Overview




  • The Senior HR Officer will play a key role in managing and enhancing HR functions, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations & Engagement, HR Analytics, HRIS, Training & Development, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Benefits Administration, and HR Policy Management.

  • This role will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and programs to support business objectives and employee well-being.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Oversee employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Mediate conflicts and provide resolutions that align with company policies and labor laws.

  • Develop and implement training programs, leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track progress.

  • Administer performance management processes, including reviews, appraisals, and career development plans.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, labor law compliance, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.

  • Utilize HR Analytics and HRIS to generate insights, optimize systems, and maintain accurate employee records.

  • Conduct HR data analytics and reporting to support decision-making.

  • Manage and optimize HR software, ideally within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

  • Develop dashboards for HR metrics and reporting.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate setting.

  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, performance management, HR Analytics, payroll, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, and Microsoft Office 365.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • CIPM Certification is preferred.
