Job Description

• Supervise all finishing activities including tiling, painting, plastering, ceiling works, flooring, and interior fittings.


• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.


• Monitor subcontractors and artisans to ensure timely completion of finishing tasks.


• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical issues.


• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.


• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.


• Monitor and control wastage of materials and ensure efficient use of labour.


• To report to directly site manager

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role in the construction industry.


• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality control procedures.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.


• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
