We are seeking a passionate and committed Medical Doctor, Medical Graduate (Interns, NYSC), Medical Student (400 level and above) to serve as a Volunteer Project Officer (Education & Research). This role is essential in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of our educational and research-focused initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Manager and other team members to ensure our projects are impactful and evidence-based.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of education and research projects.
Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct literature reviews and support data collection and analysis.
Track project progress and prepare reports on outcomes and impact.
Support the development of educational materials and outreach content.
Maintain accurate documentation of project activities.
Contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven team environment.
Qualifications
Medical Doctor, Medical Graduate (Interns, NYSC), Medical Student (400 level and above)
Strong interest in medical education, research, and public health.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in project coordination or academic research is an advantage.
Passion for improving the lives of individuals affected by congenital heart disease.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
