About the Role




  • We are hiring a meticulous and dependable Data Entry Officer to join our pharmaceutical operations team in Ajah, Lagos. This role requires someone with a keen eye for accuracy and a strong sense of accountability.

  • The ideal candidate must live in Lagos, preferably in or around Ajah, and be ready to contribute to data integrity across our production, inventory, and regulatory departments.



Key Responsibilities




  • Accurately enter pharmaceutical product data, batch information, inventory logs, and supply chain records into our ERP or designated systems.

  • Review and validate data for consistency, completeness, and accuracy.

  • Maintain real-time updates of stock movements, production records, expiry dates, and batch tracking information.

  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality assurance teams to gather and input relevant data.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews.

  • Support electronic documentation of sales orders, prescriptions, vendor records, and returns.

  • Handle confidential and regulated data in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs.

  • Identify anomalies and escalate discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.

  • Assist with system transitions, data migration, and cleanup projects as required.

  • Provide administrative and digital support to the operations and regulatory departments.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Pharmacy Technician, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry or documentation, preferably within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), Word, and data entry software.

  • Working knowledge of inventory and production recordkeeping systems (e.g., SAP, Sage, Zoho) is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and accuracy.

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical processes, products, and regulatory documentation (NAFDAC, PCN) is an added advantage.

  • Must reside in Lagos, with preference given to candidates living in or around Ajah.

  • Must be punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently.
