Reports To: Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing a warm welcome, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized state.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Ensure security procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
