• Plan, prepare, and cook a wide variety of dishes following established recipes and standards.


• Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.


• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.


• Manage food inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to reduce waste.


• Design and update menus based on seasonal availability, trends, and customer preferences.


• Ensure all dishes are presented and served to high aesthetic and taste standards.


• Monitor food costs and assist in budgeting to ensure profitability.


• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork.
